We offer counselling support for children of all ages, adults, couples, and families. We look forward to supporting you in your counselling journey!

We are happy to offer two clinic locations. Please make sure that you are booking your IN PERSON appointment at the appropriate location.

All of our practitioners offer VIRTUAL SESSIONS from anywhere in Ontario!

After booking an appointment, please complete the necessary consent forms that are sent via email from our client management system, Jane App.

Nicole Lethbridge
(She/Her/Hers) Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Nicole provides therapy for adults, adolescents, and children 6 years of age and older. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), with a background as a caseworker for at-risk individuals in the Hamilton region. She has worked extensively with teens, Indigenous people, and the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

Nicole also has special training specific for those who struggle with eating disorders.

She provides therapy both online and in person at Integra Skills Counselling’s Burlington location.

James Curtis-Welsh
(He/Him/His) MSW, RSW

James is a Registered Social Worker (MSW) and offers support to individuals (18+). He provides support for a number of mental health struggles including anxiety, LGBTQ+ related struggles, sexuality, identity, stress, and trauma. James has worked in the public sector as a social worker for over 10 years, and has lived experience as a gay man.
